You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. By using Arterio, you represent that you meet this requirement.
Arterio provides general wellness content, including guided meditation, breathing exercises, and fitness tracking. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your health routine, particularly if you have an existing medical condition.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Certain features may require a paid subscription ("Arterio Plus"). Prices are displayed at checkout and billed through the applicable app store. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date, in accordance with the app store's policies.
The Service, including its content, design, and trademarks, is owned by Arterio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites and may display advertisements served by third-party networks, including Google AdSense. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites or advertisers.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arterio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or the Service.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Arterio is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
